These Terms govern your access to and use of Nexclesia (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. This is a general template and not legal advice; please adapt it to your jurisdiction.

The service

Nexclesia provides software for churches to manage members, attendance, giving, communications and related activities. We may update, improve or change features over time.

Accounts & responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping login credentials secure.
• You must have the necessary consent to upload members' personal data, and you remain the controller of that data.
• You may not use the Service unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, or access data you are not authorised to access.

Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data while your account is active.

Availability

We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexclesia is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from use of the Service. Maintain your own records and backups of critical information.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
